4. Voluntary restrictions and self-exclusion

You may initiate a formal request to restrict your account and access to our services temporarily or permanently through our voluntary Self-Restriction tool. No restriction mechanism is completely reliable. Its success also depends on your cooperation. You must not evade it, including by creating a different account or finding another route to the services.

5. What happens during a restriction

You remain solely responsible for account activity and purchases occurring after you submit the request but before processing is complete.

6. Understanding Gold
