SCOPEBOUND TECH INC
Sweeps Rules
Product: Cobalt Lantern Casino
Promoter: Scopebound Tech Inc
Last updated: September 11, 2026
1. Nature of these rules
Scopebound Tech Inc (the Promoter, we, us or our) establishes these official conditions for its sweepstakes-style contests associated with Cobalt Lantern Casino. They are also referred to as the Sweepstakes Official Terms & Conditions. Read them together with the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL TRANSACTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. BUYING SOMETHING DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.
Each separate gameplay action, such as one spin, is a separate contest. Its duration starts when the action is initiated and ends when its result appears. The Promoter's decisions about administration, eligibility, prizes, interpretation and all other contest matters are final and binding.
2. Entrant qualifications
An Authorized Entrant must be a permanent legal resident of a Permitted Zone and, on entering, at least 21 years old or the applicable age of majority if higher.
Permitted Zones comprise the United States other than the restricted locations listed here. Access to Cobalt Lantern Casino is restricted in these locations: DE, LA, MD, MT, TN, AZ, AR, FL, NE, NM, SC, CA. Entry is void wherever a statute, regulation or rule prohibits it. Each entrant is responsible for determining whether participation is lawful.
Employees, officers, executives, contractors, representatives and agents of the Promoter, its parents or affiliates, its advertising and promotion partners and organizations involved in producing or running a contest may not enter. Their immediate families and people living in their households are also excluded.
3. Agreement on entry
Entering constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions and the Promoter's decisions. A potential win does not dispense with eligibility, verification or procedural requirements: all must be satisfied before an entrant is entitled to a prize.
4. Promotional Credits
Credits are digital promotional tokens used in specified entertainment games. They have no monetary value in themselves, are not transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or bartered. A free user account is required before Credits can be obtained. The separate conditions for redeeming qualifying Credits for a prize appear in section 8.
5. Ways to receive Credits
Authorized Entrants can receive Credits through the following routes:
- Logging in and claiming the daily reward: one bonus is available in each daily 24-hour cycle.
- Validating the mobile number associated with an account during registration: an award may be made, in an amount chosen by the Promoter.
- Completing the missions or other objectives offered in the application.
- Taking part in designated special promotions, content or partner activities.
- Using the postal or online alternative methods of entry described below.
Alternative methods of entry (AMOE) ensure that a purchase is never necessary. Entries from AMOE have the same odds of winning as entries from other routes. Bots, automated entry generation, fraud and third-party entry services are prohibited and result in disqualification.
6. Postal and online AMOE procedures
For a postal request, use a blank, unlined 4-inch by 6-inch index card. Legibly handwrite your full legal name, the residential address linked to your account, the email registered to it and your unique account Postal Entry Code. Include this exact declaration:
I request Credits to participate in the sweepstakes and confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Official Terms & Conditions.
Place the card in a standard envelope and hand-address it to:
Sweepstakes AMOE Request
Scopebound Tech Inc
259 S Center St #215, Casper, WY 82601, USA.
Each valid request mailed individually receives 0.2 Credits. Bulk submissions, unreadable entries and incomplete requests are invalid.
For the online alternative, email [email protected] to inquire about access to an AMOE form. Access is subject to approval and the instructions supplied.
7. Play, probabilities and verification of results
Credits may be used in the designated promotional games. The Promoter may change probabilities or theoretical return-to-player percentages (RTP) at its discretion, but a change will not apply to a session already underway. RTP describes a long-run statistical average, not the result of an individual session.
All apparent winners must be verified by the Promoter. A winning display in the application is not an official prize confirmation. Within the time specified, a potential winner may have to complete, sign and return an eligibility affidavit, liability waiver and, where permitted by law, publicity release. Failure to meet these requirements forfeits the prize.
8. Qualifying Credits and prize options
Only Credits played through at least one promotional game qualify as Redeemable Credits.
- Cash: Redeemable Credits may be redeemed at USD $1.00 for each Credit, subject to minimum redemption requirements and any processing charges.
- Gift cards: redemption is available for an equivalent USD $1.00 per Credit, subject also to the gift-card issuer's conditions.
- Taxes and charges: the winner alone bears taxes, duties and fees associated with receiving or redeeming a prize.
9. Checks before payment
Before a prize is paid, all age, identity, residency and regulatory checks must be completed successfully. The payment method must bear precisely the same name as the verified account holder. Payment is made only into an account in that winner's own name.
Only one redemption request may be made in any 48-hour period.
10. Regional requirements
Additional regional conditions may apply. The requirements identified in these rules include registration and bonding for prizes over USD $5,000 in Florida and New York; registration for consumer promotions with prizes over USD $500 in Rhode Island; and applicable territorial regulatory authorization in Puerto Rico.
Non-compliance with a regional requirement invalidates participation by affected entrants. These regulatory notes do not override the eligibility exclusions in section 2.
11. Releases and responsibility for failures
Entrants release, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and related entities in respect of claims or liabilities arising from participation or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. To the greatest extent the law permits, the Promoter is not responsible for malfunctioning technology, lost or corrupted entries or system failures.
12. Administration and changes
Where suspected fraud, technical problems or another factor compromises fair administration, the Promoter may end, suspend or amend a contest. Not enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it. Taking part after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
13. Apple disclaimer
Apple Inc. has no sponsorship, endorsement, administration or other association with this promotion. It bears no responsibility for the promotion and has no role in conducting it. By participating, you release Apple Inc. from liability relating to the promotion.
